Zendesk is the world’s leading Customer Support Platform, and we are growing quickly with a suite of products our customers love. We are currently looking for a **Sales Development Representative** to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will help to build our book of business in the Greater China Region. We are looking for team members who are highly motivated by technology sales, enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced industry and willing to go above and beyond in this goal-oriented position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate qualified sales opportunities to fuel the Zendesk Sales Pipeline for China, Hong Kong and Taiwan region.
- Efficiently respond and qualify inbound marketing leads
- Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives & decision-makers
- Identify prospect's needs and identify potential solutions to fulfill requirements
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
- Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales role in the SaaS or software industry
- Experience selling to the Greater China Market
- Ability to understand customer requirements and multitask, prioritize, and balance time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven success in meeting monthly or quarterly sales targets
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills - Business fluency in English and Mandarin highly preferred to liaise with clients and counterparts
- Bachelor’s degree
