We are currently looking for an experienced Fund Analyst/Senior Fund Analyst to join Investment Management team at our state-of-the-art offices in Paya Lebar. You will be reporting into the Head of Asset Management and Funds and collaborate with an ambitious team here in Asia.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Build financial/cashflow models and analyse returns performance of potential asset acquisitions.
- Support the preparation of investment/divestment papers for investment committee/management approval
- Provide quarterly and annual investors reports and handle investors requests
- Assist in internal, regional and group reporting
- Track and monitor the performance of fund and asset performance through regular engagements with functional teams
- Review and derive the annual budget for the investment portfolio assets
- Support investment, sustainability, compliance, insurance renewals, enterprise risk management and valuation initiatives

In order to be considered for this great opportunity you will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Real Estate, Business/Accounting and/or Facilities Management, combined with at least 5 years’ experience in real estate investments, funds origination, portfolio management, and/or financial management. Essential to the role is ability of strong modelling skills and PowerPoint skills, and good understanding of private funds and practices will see your success in the role. In addition, you will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and will be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
