**Responsibilities**:

- Leading a team members to provide effective HRBP and support to internal and external stakeholders for the Business Units and handle full spec of HR duties.
- Responsible for talent acquisition functions and proactively plans and organizes hiring activities based on annual budget plan and hiring requirements.
- Preparation of HR policies and SOPs.
- Act as facilitator of HPBM Training and conducting employee development activities.
- Ensure the proper induction of new hires with orientation training.
- Collaborate with educational institutions on internship programs for the company.
- Manage the benefits program for all the employees.
- Performance appraisal management and administration.
- Compensation and benefits management includes reviewing of annual increment and bonus.
- Employment contract management.
- Oversee office administration.
- Perform HR projects and initiative to enhance efficiency of HR function and processes, and other assigned projects to support the business units.

**Job Specifications**:

- Possesses a Bachelor / Master degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Industrial Psychology or any other related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of full HR spectrum experience with good team management skill, preferably in manufacturing work environment.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Strong in planning, organising and optimizing use of resources.
- Results driven with good judgement and decision-making ability.
