Our client is a highly reputable, multi-billion-dollar investment management company with strong focus in APAC region. They are looking for an energetic and resourceful Analyst to join their existing desk in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:
The primary role of the Business Strategy & Transformation specialist is to support the Managing Director in driving valuable enhancements throughout the organization. This encompasses defining objectives, designing the organizational structure, leading transformative change, developing processes, fostering collaboration and integration, managing programs, and engaging stakeholders.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with work streams on projects related to strategy, competitive analysis, multi-year planning, and business development.
- Solve complex business problems by coordinating with internal stakeholders and making recommendations on a wide range of business issues.
- Integrate insights across functional resources and support collaborative solution development to create unique, creative, and impactful solutions.
- Develop rigorous, fact-based, and quantitative analysis to support recommendations.
- Ensure strategic and financial soundness and alignment of all recommendations.
- Work closely with cross-functional and management teams on strategic projects, providing timely and useful insight and analytical support.
- Effectively communicate recommendations to senior management, executives, and regional staff in a clear, concise, and impactful way.
- Assist in evaluating project opportunities and conducting due diligence activities for the BD and Commercial functions, as needed.
- Prepare reports for the Group CEO's operational and business development dashboard for platform activities.
- Lead internal and external communications for the platform, ensuring marketing assets are superior, effective, and on-brand.
