**About our group**:
The Global Logistics organization is responsible for defining and managing “Stock-to-Deliver” and “Order Management, ATP and Fulfilment” processes globally. This includes overseeing over 120 locations and ensuring seamless operations across all business segments and movement types.

**About the role - you will**:
As a Principal Program/Project Manager in Logistics Automation, you will be an individual contributor responsible for driving the design and implementation of automation solutions within logistics processes. This role involves leveraging advanced technologies and data analytics to enhance efficiency and reliability in logistics operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and lead initiatives that align with strategic goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement automation solutions for logistics processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to identify and resolve operational challenges through automation.
- Utilize data analytics to assess performance, identify automation opportunities, and implement solutions to optimize logistics operations.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives such as Global Warehouse strategy, VMI Centralization, and Warehouse Automation.
- Develop and document processes, methods, and tools for automated warehouse execution.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in logistics automation.
- Work closely with IT to enhance warehouse execution processes and develop automated dashboards.
- Spearhead the development of AI for dynamic management of the entire transportation and warehouse management.
- Enable deferment of product programming at logistic hubs to improve supply chain flexibility and reduce obsolescence.

**About you**:

- Strong background in logistics processes and automation technologies, with a focus on warehouse execution and supply chain reliability.
- Experience in leading logistics or supply chain automation projects through all phases.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Passion for innovation and improvement initiatives, optimizing cost, security, and supply chain reliability.

**Your experience includes**:

- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Solid experience in logistics automation and warehouse operations.
- Hands-on experience with logistics management systems (TMS, WMS, etc.) and automation technologies.
- In-depth understanding of sales, demand planning, and supply planning.
- Typically, at least 5-7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a focus on automation.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the HDD/Storage industry.
- Familiarity with scenario planning and forecast methodologies.
- Good knowledge of AI and machine learning.
