Job Title: Principal Project Architect

As a Principal Project Architect, you will be responsible for managing the various stages of development projects, from feasibility studies to construction progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct feasibility studies and consultant management.
  • Handle authority requirements and develop design standards for low maintenance and sustainable development.
  • Create project briefs by inspecting sites and consulting with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop specifications and contract documents for use by clients.
  • Represent clients in dialogue and communication with government authorities, buyers, and residents.
  • Monitor and ensure all projects are on track and within budget.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field and 5-8 years of experience in architecture, design, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
