Singapore SERANGOON GARDENS COUNTRY CLUB Full time

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage a team of executives and coaches to organize sports, leisure, lifestyle activities and promote sports excellence.

Job descriptions:

- Develop, plan, facilitate and organize a variety of sports programs, coaching clinics, sports seminars and events that meet the expectations of different demographic groups to attract more members to participate.
- Oversee the smooth running of the Sports & Recreations department on a day-to-day basis to achieve the highest possible levels of members' satisfaction. Create new, unique and interesting recreational activities that draw upon the best cultural, sporting, leisure and lifestyle (aerobics, yoga, and etc.) offerings in the Club.
- To continually position the sports and leisure offering as a differentiator and a point of competitive advantage for the Club.
- Liaise and seek sponsors to enhance sports competitions.
- Conduct feedback sessions with coaches, athletes, volunteers and parents to promote the various programs.
- Liaise with Subcommittee members and convenors to promote and organize various league matches and tournaments. Promote all sports programs and competitions to achieve a higher level of participation.
- Conversant with Club Constitution and Bye-Laws to guide Members for adherence.

Job specifications:

- Degree holder with additional qualifications in Sports Management/Sciences, and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Passion for sports in serving and leading people from all walks and stages of life.
- Positive and hands-on in organizing and management of events with the team, Convenors and Subcommittee.
- Analytical and proven track record to manage an effective budget.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in using various social media marketing platforms.
