The Sports and Recreation Executive plays a multifaceted role in planning, executing sports programs, events, and facility management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist the Manager in overseeing Sports and Recreation classes and sections.
  • Plan, organize, and execute sports programs from concept to completion.
  • Maintain and upkeep of sports facilities to ensure safety and operational standards.
  • Liaise with coaches, staff, vendors, and members to ensure smooth operations and event execution.
  • Handle enquiries from club members and attend to visitors of sports sections.
  • Manage resources for sports programs, events, and facility operations.
  • Attend meetings and action follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant sport governing bodies and organizational policies.
