**Your role**
- Tech Support Analyst in Digital Desk Aligned Services team

- support IT Service & Product on the trading floor
- uphold high standards coordinating IT issues with a timely resolution
- define workarounds for errors and initiate process improvements

- provide incident management and problem management

**Your team**
- You will be working in one of the division in Group Technology, Digital Desk Aligned Services team in Singapore. The team provides support to the trading floor front office business, by ensuring the quality and stability of the Information Technology desktop environment. **Your expertise**
- experience in workstation and trade floor desktop support with Troubleshooting Microsoft Operating system on Hardware or Virtualized environment (persistent and non-persistent VDI)
- skillful in hardware Support, Break fix, installations and coordination of moves and changes with BCM maintenance and support
- knowledge of Service Operation ITIL discipline, Windows 10 and Office 365 and Market Data Applications (Bloomberg, Eikon and Factset)
- familiar with Automation technologies and Data Science (PowerShell, Python, Automation Anywhere, Tableau, Power BI, MS Excel, Splunk)
- knowledge of Agile Delivery and Process Framework such as JIRA, Kanban, Lean Six Sigma, etc.
- fluent in English with Mandarin and Cantonese a plus
