**Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Regional Managing Director, you are responsible to lead, directing, and controlling the activities of an entity so that it achieves its short and long-term financial and operating objectives (eg profitability, productivity, market share, etc) as set by the organization and group strategy. The entity is at least responsible for overseas manufacturing, R&D, and support functions.

**Job Responsibility**:

- Develop the Sales company towards a customer-centric organization aligned with Group Strategy
- Continue the development of profitable growth by managing, executing, and monitoring business development, sales, and service activities;
- Develop and deliver a market strategy and drive business performance to achieve challenging targets
- Establish new business opportunities with overseas partners and suppliers
- Secure that efficient sales processes are fully implemented
- Work together with China suppliers to set market development priorities
- Lead the human resource development of the country and/or entity and ensure we have the right people in place to secure a high-performance organization
- Lead the local Management Team giving direction and ensuring that they are leading their division/departments according to the local strategy
- Ensure compliance with the Group Corporate Governances and Local and China Regulations.
