**What will you do as a SHE Executive?**

As a SHE Executive, you will be responsible for executing the terminal’s efforts in achieving the approved SHE plans and targets. You will also be required to check on SHE governance and legal and corporate compliance on Workplace Safety / Health and Environmental Protection. Additionally, you are expected to coordinate the security-related matters of the terminal.

**What do we expect from you as a SHE Executive?**
- At least 1 years of experience in safety, health & environment management in a similar industry
- WSH Level B
- Demonstrate exemplary SHE behavior
- Able to analyze to identify gaps and improvements required
- Understand and advise BCSS SHE requirements to employees and contractors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer software.
- Work as an effective team member in the SHE department
- Engage employees from all departments to achieve BCSS SHE objectives
- Focus on BCSS SHE Department's main goals and prioritizes tasks
- Able to complete tasks based within the agreed timeframe

**Your core responsibilities are**:

- Ensure the terminal operates with mínimal impact to the environment and comply with legal environmental protection regulatory requirements
- Coordinate the occupational health & industrial hygiene programs in the terminals
- Coordinate risk management and workplace inspections
- Report the terminal’s SHE performance and progress on improvements made
- Support the terminal’s SHE legal and internal training obligations for all employees and contracted workers
- Coordinate the terminal’s preparedness in emergency response through the organization and monitoring of emergency drills and exercise
- Implement the terminal’s SHE initiatives and Must-Win-Battles (MWBs)
- Support the terminal’s drive to achieve a proactive safety culture
- Engage contractors for their continual improvement in SHE performance
- Assist the terminal in the event of an emergency or crisis
- Prepare the required reports on the terminal’s SHE performance
- Ensure Permit to Work, monitoring records, etc. are updated and maintained
- Coordinate the annual training plans for terminal employees

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
