- Manage daily school operations i.e. buses, ECA's, behaviour etc.
- Manage school reporting i.e. management report, attendance report, Parent Teacher Conferencing scheduling etc.
- Manage school uniform procurement and distribution and maintain database
- Assist the Head of School in preparing, leading and managing school events and activities i.e. Open House, assemblies, special events etc.
- Lead and manage the planning and implementation of whole school excursions, school yearbook, school residential camp/s international trips etc.
- Maintain and ensure school licensing complies with government regulations.
- Teach any classes assigned and provide teacher coverage as deemed necessary.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Head of School and management from time to time.
- Responsible for the creation of teacher timetables, duty rosters, sick cover etc.
- Manage the staffing and timetabling of school holiday camp schedules.
- Support the Head of School in the creation of professional development opportunities for staff both internally and externally.
- Conduct weekly staff meetings in collaboration with the Head of School.
- Be up to date with internationally recognised educational training and lead staff in education initiatives and training.
- Any other duties as assigned by the director and management.

**Requirements**:

- At least diploma qualification
- Good command of English is required as the need to communicate with expatriate parents of students.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a team player, multitasking and able to work independently.
- Having the ability to access and handle challenging situations.
- Have at least 1-2 years of working experience in Admissions and Administration within an international school
