**What You’ll Do**
- Understand Privyr’s product suite enough to provide a high-level introduction and identify opportunities while prospecting.
- Generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market our solutions to potential customers.
- Work closely with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from inbound leads and set appointments with those leads.
- Develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs through effective questioning to qualify interest and viability to prepare hand-offs to sales by communicating how Privyr can help solve their challenges.
- You will be required to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of an organisation and make formal and informal presentations to staff and clients.
- Manage and update sales pipeline, contact details and activities in a sales system (HubSpot, Outreach, etc.) and support reporting efforts.
- Contribute to creating our outbound/inbound sales motion as one of the early hires in our growing sales organisation.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably prospecting into small-to-medium businesses (SMB), typically between 10-500 employees.
- Experience prospecting across multiple Asia-Pacific regions
- Strong interest or experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, with a focus on business productivity software preferred.
- Track record of top performance or prior success in an SDR-related role, such as consistently meeting or exceeding activity, meetings or other KPI targets.
- Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and be self-motivated to work in a hyper-growth environment.
- Proactive, independent thinker with high energy/positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in another common language is a plus (e.g Hindi).
