**Role Overview**:
This position is responsible for shaping and executing the AI strategy, ensuring AI initiatives align with business goals and are successfully integrated across the organization. The role oversees the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, leads cross-functional teams, and drives adoption and operational integration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define and implement AI strategy and roadmap
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities
- Lead delivery of AI initiatives from ideation through deployment and operationalization
- Ensure AI solutions comply with governance, regulatory, and ethical standards
- Manage stakeholder engagement and support user adoption and change management
- Track project performance, risks, and success metrics
- Foster AI culture and capability building firm-wide
- Stay current with AI trends and manage vendor relationships

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years in strategy, consulting, or transformation (preferably within Financial Services)
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML, data governance, and AI-related risks
- Experience leading complex technology projects with cross-functional teams
- Experience managing technology transformation projects
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
- Strong understanding of key data and AI concepts such as data management, data governance, AI risks
- Understanding of technical disciplines including data, analytics and AI
- Passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and AI-driven business transformation
