**What the role is**
- The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) aspires to be world-class in delivering a safe and secure home for our people. We are offering an exciting posting opportunity to join our team at the Home Team Scholarship Center We are at the forefront of building up the talent capabilities of our organisation comprising 10 Home Team Departments and Agencies. The Home Team Scholarship Center, which is part of MHQ’s Human Resource Division, supports the larger effort to set up a strong Home Team leadership pipeline and do so by identifying young talents to join the Home Team and take up the various uniformed and civilian scholarship and sponsorships.

**What you will be working on**
- Your primary responsibility is to lead a team to design and execute talent attraction strategies and initiatives to ensure that the Home Team has a good talent pipeline. The team looks into the following: Strategy - Understand Home Team’s job requirements and develop and execute progressive and effective talent acquisition and attraction strategies that focuses on the Home Team’s longer-term human resources planning, including employer branding, outreach campaign planning, and talent forecasting/planning. - Keep abreast of latest trends and innovations in talent acquisition techniques.**What we are looking for**

We are looking for someone who is keen to contribute to our team outcomes and also share the following attributes - Prior team-lead managerial experience and/or relevant experience in talent attraction related activities will be a plus. - Interested in people, culture and public service - Good interpersonal skills (generally positive in nature and with a pleasant disposition, outgoing, confident, able to establish good rapport and relationships with others) - Drive and creativity to push and experiment with new and bold outreach ideas and activities that will interest, galvanise and resonate with youths - Demonstrates good communication competency, both oral and written. - Meticulous and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Able to work independently and at the same time, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills
