Ss&o Asia Finance Integration Manager

**Job Description Summary**:
SS&O Asia Finance Integration Manager for Gas Power Services, Selling & Operations (SS&O) is responsible for building, implementing, and driving Global Standards across the Pole, HQ, and Fulfillment organizations for the Order to Remittance cycle and connecting global ITR organizations, Polar ITR organizations, parts, repairs, and services fulfillment organizations to deliver desired outcomes for the Asia Pole. In addition, the Integration Management will be responsible for supporting the business line and Asia finance leadership team in designing and implementing Finance transformation efforts within the Asia Pole.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Ownership within the Asia region of global ITR tools Copper, Astro and Thunder
- Functional ownership representing the Asia pole for enhancements and ongoing adoption of Sonic
- Driving global standards for reporting, forecasting, pacing, budgeting parts, and accounting for Parts, Field Services and Repairs segments
- Support SS&O General Manager, CFO and ITR Finance Leader by planning for and supporting the SS&O business in the OTR processes within the Asia pole
- Lead OTR simplification initiatives for the SS&O organization and the Pole OTR organizations
- Support SS&O leadership team in the preparation of budgets, operating plans, investment strategies, and manpower planning
- Maintain systems & processes for analyzing and reporting operating results to management
- Partner with IT to drive system automation and process optimization
- Aid in the development, implementation and measurement of operation plans and participate in their successful execution (Pacing, Budget, MOR)
- Driving analytics to monitor and improve global standards and operating performance across the business
- Provide business performance analytics to identify financial trends, highlight risk and opportunities and ensure operational coordination
- Help identify, develop, and promote regional finance talent
- Help recruit, mentor, and develop Finance talent
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 5 additional years of finance, accounting, or audit experience
- Minimum of 2 years of finance leadership role
**Desired Characteristics**
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance is preferred
- FMP / Corporate Audit Staff graduate (GE Employees only)
- Prior experience managing a multi
- functional Finance organization is preferred
- Certified Public Accountant is preferred
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure
- Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute concrete action plans
- Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
