Senior Group Manager, Regional Non-bank Financial

Define Non-Financial Institution (NBFI) segment strategy and execution plan for Treasury Service in APAC
- Accountable for APAC Regional NBFI revenue and sales goals
- Formulate campaign and initiatives tailored for each of the APAC market to meet the financial target of the year
- Lead the sales process together with Treasury Service Relationship managers to accelerate the revenue realization
- Develop, track and report on relationship strategy / results for assigned client portfolio
- Manage large and complex deals
- Contribute to the Bank’s global and APAC strategy and business development by bringing local market intelligence, knowledge, insights and experience
- Work with stakeholders, such as product management, credit and compliance to tailor solutions for NBFI segment clients
- Continually evaluate client needs and ensure sustained client engagement
- Strong experience in KYC/AML risk and control processes for Banks
**Key requirement/skills**
- Strong core competency in Transaction Banking products and services sales with prior experience in Global banks for global Payments, clearing, FX payments, liquidity management solutions and trade finance as an added advantage
- Track record in NBFI or large corporate sales in international banks is required
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience is preferred
- Existing NBFI client contacts in APAC is highly desired
- Strong communication and diplomacy skills used to persuade and influence
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage to support key market segments.
