**Roles & Responsibilities**

He/She will report to the Head of Real Estate Investment and will be part of the AIAIM real estate team based in Singapore, responsible for executing global real estate investments and delivering returns in accordance to agreed strategies on behalf of AIA entities.

The person must have strong numerical and analytical skills, to independently perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on potential real estate opportunities globally comprising mainly private equity real estate investments across all real estate classes. He/She will be preparing in-depth investment memo to recommend the transaction and will support the Portfolio Manager with the necessary due diligence and the closing of the transaction. Post closing, the person will conduct regular review of the investments, including buy, hold, sell analysis to optimize the value of AIA’s real estate investments.

He/She has strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English, and be able to interface with various stakeholders including functional departments and business heads.
- Evaluate and recommend financially attractive real estate investments that meet the AIA entities’ requirements.
- To underwrite, perform due diligence and prepare in-depth investment memos to recommend potential real estate investments.
- Ensure the investment processes conducted comply with in-house policies, procedures and governance.
- Review the real estate portfolio on a regular basis and to make buy, hold, sell recommendations.
- Conduct research on real estate markets, sectors, trends and developments.
- Provide regular reports and updates on the investments and portfolio performance.
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor.
