**Responsibilities**
- Review and analyze monthly financial results of the assigned portfolio and understand the actual variance against budget / forecast
- Ensure financial results submitted by JVs, associates and subsidiaries in China are in compliance with Group accounting policy
- Develop strong understanding of all key performance drivers and issues relating to both actual and forecast/ budget
- Work closely with finance teams of JVs, associates, and subsidiaries to ensure timely reporting and accurate analysis of actual, forecast and budget
- Work closely with Investment and Asset Management teams of JVs, associates, and subsidiaries to understand the cashflows forecast of investee companies for Group reporting purpose
- Assist in Sub-Group consolidation for both actual and forecast/ budget
- Perform financial simulation or scenario planning and ongoing process improvements
- Assist in year end audit process including liaising with external auditors and reviewing of financial statements
- Review and monitor funding requirements from investment holding companies’ perspective and work with Treasury team to fund onshore projects
- Review tax implication of the assigned portfolio from Group perspective and work closely with Tax team on tax provision
- Work closely with other departments for various ad-hoc projects

**Requirements**:

- Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or CPA
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in consolidation and financial reporting
- Knowledge of Cognos Controller (consolidation) is preferred
- Experience in in the real estate industry is preferred
- Good understanding of Singapore financial reporting standards SFRS(I) and China GAAP
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Able to work independently and deliver under tight deadline
- Advanced Microsoft Excel is preferred and practical usage of Microsoft Word
