Founded in 2007, EXS Capital (“EXS”) is an independent investment and fund management firm that sponsors private equity investments into real estate businesses. We partner with expert management teams globally with the goal of building high valuation market leaders. Our highly differentiated, counter-cyclical approach allows for closer long-term partnerships with our management teams, longer term multi-stage investments and ultimately higher expected realizations and returns. Since inception, EXS has led over US$1 billion of successful private investments for institutional, family office and high net worth investors.

We have launched a highly innovative fund vehicle dedicated to Social Real Estate (e.g. co-living, boutique hospitality, creative studios etc) that is expanding rapidly. Accordingly, we are looking for 1-2 Private Equity Associates / Senior Associates to join us and become part of our core investment team, playing a key role in the success of EXS and our investments.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in all aspects of the investment process including deal origination, due diligence, negotiations with various stakeholders (investee companies, property owners, capital partners etc), optimizing legal & tax structuring and deal execution
- Create and prepare investment materials, including presentations, investment memoranda and investment analysis
- Build and present sophisticated, industry-leading financial models
- Conduct primary research on areas of potential investment focus
- Create and present portfolio level analysis and performance metrics
- Participate in all aspects of the business including liaising with senior professionals, key investors, professional advisors and more
- Generate new business ideas, analyse investment opportunities and make investment recommendations
- Work closely with senior team members on strategy and negotiations
- Lead due diligence and deal execution
- Work closely with investee companies with respect to monitoring ongoing investments, up to and including the Board level
