**About Role**:
Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) administers full-time, publicly-funded undergraduate degree programmes. The Office of Student Life oversees the Student Teambuilding Programme graduating requirement for Full-Time students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage Student Safety initiatives, including being the lead person to manage Student Conduct.
- Design, develop and deliver Student Onboarding programmes for SUSS students, including International Students.
- Coach and mentor students in the various Student Life programmes.
- Support the development and delivery of student Well-Being programmes, such as Special Education Needs.
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of Student Life programmes.
- Develop strategic partnerships with relevant external organisations and Alumni
- Facilitate relevant training for staff and students.
- Work across various offices within Student SUcceSS Centre to support the different functions and events as necessary.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and review of work plans, resource allocation and team development.
- Manage administrative duties related to student life programmes, including pre and post event publicity, data management, finance, etc.
- Attend training and development courses relevant to work and professional development.
- Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by his/her immediate supervisor, as well as participate in university-wide activities.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree holder with at least 5 years of professional experience.
- Experience in student development and people development will be useful.
- Team player, with strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently with a strong eye for detail.
- Strong coordination, administrative and organisational skills.
- Intellectually inquisitive; with a good awareness of current and global affairs.
- Must be able to travel to regional countries at least once every quarter, if required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $5,100.00 - $7,700.00 per month
