**About Role**:
Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) administers full-time, publicly-funded undergraduate degree programmes. The Office of Student Life oversees the Student Teambuilding Programme graduating requirements for Full-Time students.

Aside from this requirement, the office also organizes and implements student leadership and well-being programmes for the personal and professional development of students.

We are looking for individuals who possess good student development skills and knowledge; have strong ability to lead the development and implementation of student life programmes; and are committed to the preparation and development of students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize, implement and support Student Onboarding programmes.
- Support administrative duties related to student life programmes, including pre and post event publicity, data management, finance, logistics etc.
- Facilitate student engagement via the various student life programmes.
- Work across various offices within Student SUcceSS Centre and support the different functions and events as necessary.
- Attend training and development courses relevant to work and professional development.
- Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by his/her immediate supervisor, as well as participate in university-wide activities.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree holder with 2 years of professional experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Team player, with strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently with a strong eye for detail.
- Strong coordination, administrative and organisational skills.
- Intellectually inquisitive; with a good awareness of current and global affairs.
- Must be able to travel to regional countries at least once every quarter, if required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in student development will be useful.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,900.00 - $5,100.00 per month
