**Job Description & Requirements**

**Responsibility**
- Manage the centre daily operations and provide the necessary support and guidance to the SCC teachers.
- To liaise with the SCC & work closely with Teaching Excellence to provide the necessary support and feedback.
- To motivate and work with the team towards achieving excellence and to meet centre target(s) and key performance indicators.
- Supervise activities to achieve developmental objectives. Daily administration - attendance, grade records, health and safety, etc.

**Requirement**
- Equipped with leadership qualities
- Clear, compelling interpersonal and communication skills.
- Thrives in a high-buzz, low bureaucracy work culture.
- Nurturing, possesses a natural affinity with children.
- A strong desire to inspire and groom the generation of tomorrow.
- At least 3 years of Student Care related experience.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
