JR18540 FE cPIE Transformative Senior Engineer

As Frontend Central PIE Transformative team (Senior Engineer and above) at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for leading transformative initiatives to deliver leading edge process capability, best-in-class bits per wafer (Yield) with highest quality and fastest speed through innovation and collaboration with cross functional team. To accomplish this, you must have the passion, creativity in creating new frontier, collaborative approach with SMAI, TD, PE, GQ, BU, MFG and OCTPRO partners, suppliers to deliver end to end solutions. Initiate new idea/project/programs with high ROI to support key Micron strategic initiative with clear goal in mind and timely execution. Drive diverse idea generation, identify best idea and timely implementation for global standardization.

**Responsibilities and Tasks**
**Technical Competency and Data Analytics**:

- In depth knowledge of processes are required. Relevant experiences include PIE, PEE, DS. Understanding of Data Science, Product Integration will be additional advantage.
- Familiar with analytical tools such as YMS, Y3 and JMP and ability to translate data into idea.
- Proven ability to make decisions, multi-task, and troubleshoot problems and address root causes.
- Exhibit critical thinking to identify opportunities.
- Ability to customize report from new data source will be advantageous.

- Partner closely with cross functional teams to ensure successful communication and cooperation for project implementation.
- Team player mindset with work as one team.
- Detail oriented with the ability to work independently
- Dependability and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate and lead activities in transforming current system, methods, tool, skill to be Best In industry.
- Manage priorities and enhancements to improve business processes and existing systems that are global in nature.
- Willingness to work during non-standard hours when needed to provide support to engineering teams at any Micron site.
- Strong growth mindset and willing to continue to learn, unlearn, relearn.

**Communication**:

- Effective communication skills in verbal/written.
- Self-motivated. Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Able to travel as required to support department and company objectives.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years’ experience in any of the following:

- Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineering (any area)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently or with a cross functional team.
- Good organization skills. Able to plan and prioritize.
- Data extraction, analysis and reporting skills are plus points.
- General understanding of device physics - extensive knowledge is a plus.
- Displayed good time management and judgment skills.
- Willingness to be in Central team for 2 years and the flexibility to travel.
