Full-Time or Part-Time Telesales Marketer

Base Salary + Commission or Full Comms

**Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls: Contact potential customers to introduce and explain the benefits of our services, using a provided script or tailored approach.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with prospective customers who have shown interest or requested more information.
- Data Entry: Accurately record and update customer information and call details in the system.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to the sales team on customer needs, market trends, and potential opportunities.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your selling skills and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, active listening, and persuasive abilities.
- Technology: Proficiency in using relevant sales tools and office software
- Attitude: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection with a positive outlook.
- Education: All are welcomed
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours if required.
