**Job Description**:
Rockwell Automation is hiring

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Quality & Product Qualification Services to be based in our Singapore Office (Corporation Place).

Position Summary

The Senior Manager will develop, lead and implement Standards, Methods and Processes through the end to end life cycle of the product. The areas of responsibility spans from Product Certification, Regulatory Compliance, Component Engineering and Quality Engineering.

As a People’s Manager, you will Collaborate to drive Process Compliance, Improvements, Risk Mitigation and Management of direct reports:

- Supervision - Manages activities of two or more functions through subordinate managers.
- Competency - Proven ability to manage & coaching with focus for results.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Electrical/Electronic engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years in a Hardware or Firmware Engineering background.
- Minimum of 8 years Management experience.

Experience Requirements:

- Excellent analytical skills. Addresses complex initiatives in creative and effective ways.
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Master preferred with proven completion of projects.
- Experience working in cross-functional, cross-business and cross-cultural environment.
- Experience in regulatory, compliance and environmental certification.

Essential Functions:

- Risk Mitigation, Process Compliance, Design Reviews, Anomaly management, Validation/verification of new design during Product Development.
- Provide technical support in engineering reviews, drawing and specification review.
- Recognize/anticipate barriers to completing assigned work/projects.
- Drive and own Preventive initiatives.
- Focus on streamlining methods for increased efficiencies and competencies.
- Analyze regulatory trends and share information with impacted business groups.
- Work with Strategic Sourcing, suppliers, and partners to ensure that the supply chain is positioned and responsive to support compliance programs.
- Support external customers by addressing requirements for Regulatory compliance.
- Implement, maintain, and improve Management Systems for ISO9001 and ISO17025.
- Monitor, understand and implement regulatory drivers and it’s impact to affect the business.

- Act resourcefully to ensure that work is completed within specified time.
- Collaborate with business partners to assess risk and develop strategy to ensure continuity of products.
