**Salary Range: $4,500~$6,000 with other Allowances & % Incentive
**JOB TITLE: SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER or SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Clients Management - Meeting clients and understand their requirements on project needs
- Marketing - Liaise with Clients / Main-con and get New Projects / Orders, and maintain clients relationship
- Maintain good business relationship with New and Existing Clients
- CRM - Clients Relationship Management
- RFQ & Quotation - Liaise with Sales department and assist in preparing quotations
- Budget - Co-ordinate with Operations team and complete the project as per schedule
- Payments - Assist finance on preparing Progress Claim and payment followups if required
- Participate in Tenders
- Ad-hoc duties if any assigned by the Management

**Requirements**:

- O Level, Diploma/ITE, Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil or other related studies
- Experience in Air-conditioning (ACMV Piping, Insulation works (Jacketing)
- Handling Clients smoothly and Getting New Projects’ Orders
- Having Class 3 Driving License is a plus. Company will provide a vehicle /transportation
