Tessa Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing a portfolio of next-generation cell therapies for cancer. It has a pipeline of therapies in clinical development for the treatment of hematological malignancies and solid tumors.

Tessa’s lead autologous therapy is in late-stage clinical development for treatment of lymphomas. It has shown strong clinical responses in patients with relapsed/refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma, based on which it was granted the RMAT designation by the U.S. FDA and the PRIME designation by EMA.

Tessa is also developing a novel, differentiated, allogeneic “off-the shelf” cell therapy platform to create more efficacious, reliable, and scalable therapies capable of targeting a broad range of cancers. A therapy using this platform is being evaluated in an ongoing clinical trial in United States.

**Job Position**
Executive, Procurement (2 years Contract)

**Responsibilities**
- Administers and executes routine procurement activities for categories assigned in compliance with the company policy and standard procedures.
- Supports and manages the vendor on-boarding process. Works with Finance and requestors to administer, create or maintain the vendor master.
- Serves as a liaison for effective monitoring of orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Participates and provides general support for vendor change notifications review related to assigned categories.
- Resolves issues or escalations triggered by requestors and ensures that all business relationships within the area of responsibilities are well-managed.
- Contributes to the overall good performance metrics within the Procurement team.
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives and/or any projects assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Degree with at least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare industry.
- Excellent ability in problem-solving, prioritizing urgent tasks and handling detailed information.
- Generally good natured, independent, resourceful and can collaborate positively in a cross-matrix
environment.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, highly adaptable and able to manage workload based
on changing priorities.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
