Product Manager, Ride-hailing Business

Lead the planning, design, and iteration of core ride-hailing products (e.g., passenger app, driver app, dispatch system) to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user needs, market trends, and competitor strategies to develop differentiated product solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to drive end-to-end product development, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Optimize product features based on data insights and user feedback to improve key metrics (e.g., order conversion rate, driver acceptance rate).
- Explore innovative business models (e.g., carpooling, premium rides, international expansion) and drive product innovation and monetization.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of product management experience in internet or O2O industries; prior experience in mobility, maps, or marketplace platforms is a plus.
- Strong user research, product design, and project management skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Deep understanding of the ride-hailing industry and ability to analyze business models and validate feasibility.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Economics, Psychology, or related fields preferred.
