position involves overseeing the street-hail and ride-hail industry as part of the Point-to-Point (P2P) Transport division. The role supports Singapore's car-lite vision by ensuring safe, reliable point-to-point services, managing industry compliance, and liaising with stakeholders including taxi operators, drivers' associations, and government agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of licenced street-hail services, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Monitor industry development and provide operational insights for policy evaluation and implementation.
Handle taxi-related registrations, facilities, and permits, including cross-border taxis.
Coordinate with stakeholders such as taxi operators, drivers, and government agencies like the Ministry of Transport and Public Transport Council.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in operations and/or data analysis (preferred).
Strong communication, writing, presentation, and analytical skills.
Meticulous, independent, resourceful, self-motivated, and a team player capable of working under tight deadlines.
Relevant experience may qualify candidates for senior roles.
Additional Information
