**About the Role**:
It’s an exciting time within Olympus as we shape our IT function into a Global IT operating model. As such, we are seeking to appoint a full time **Delivery Lead (Corporate Solutions)** to join our Global IT / Solution Delivery Function / HR & Corporate team, located throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

Reporting to the HR & Corporate Solutions Lead, you will be accountable for:

- Working collaboratively with the technical lead, the ‘voice of the customer’ and central IT portfolio management to ensure roadmaps strike the right balance between business delivery, technology enablement and operations work in terms of scope, timeline and budget.
- Managing the operational aspects of the delivery team, ensuring financial, risk, legal, security and other compliance requirements are met.
- Enhance communication and build trusting relationships across teams to align roadmaps, coordinate initiatives, manage risks and compliance responsibilities.
- Lead, motivate, develop and appraise team members so that their individual and collective performance is of the required standard and meets the current and future needs of the business.

**What we are looking for**:
You will consider yourself to be a proactive, achievement-orientated and a determined individual with:

- A bachelor’s degree or higher in a computer or business field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the assigned Business Domain/area
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of the assigned Business Domain/area and the corresponding processes, including key performance indicators, best-in-class practices, business and technology trends.
- Understanding of Agile and lean methodologies as well as Business domain expertise.
