Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of 8 network engineers to deliver on large scale complex project successfully and seamlessly ensuring profitability, cost effectiveness, high quality standard and customer satisfactions
- Must have strong technical hands on experience in implementation
- Provide technical advisory to the team members
- Liaising with external vendor for training and team development align to company’s technology focus
- Monitor overall project technical progress and health
- Tailor processes to meet specific needs of project
- Responsible for project development plans
- Review project technical plans
- Manage the proper assignment of technical resources during different project timelines.
- Have vast experience in networking solution & products implementation: Routing, switching, wireless, network management, load-balancing, SDWAN, software-defined networking solution like Cisco SDA, ACI, NSX-T
- Documentation for project requirements
- Work closely with the presales team to support tender bidding process in providing professional service sizing and crafting the scope of works and deliverables
- Oversee the submission of all technical documents
- Ability to cope under pressure

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computing or Engineering discipline
- CCIE (Routing & Switching)
- Well-versed in solution architecture design
- Understand the system integration and quality process
- Experience in managing a team of engineers in performing professional services work
- Excellent knowledge in Routing and switching, eg. BGP, OSPF, Multicast, VSS, spanning tree, MPLS L3VPN.
- Excellent knowledge in Data Centre technologies, eg. Cisco Nexus VDC, VPC, FEX, VXLAN, ACI
- Good knowledge of Firewall technologies eg. IPSEC VPN, SSL VPN, IPS/IDS, Cisco ASA, Firepower, Fortigate,
- Experience in wireless setup eg. Cisco WLC, Aruba
- Possess resource management skills
- Possess good communication skills and able to relate well to others
- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 6 years’ experience in project deployment for complex network infrastructure for campus and data centre/cloud, including at least 2 years in a technical managerial or tech lead position
- Working knowledge with MS Visio
