**Responsibilities**
- Install, service and repair equipment on board vessels
- Load and update software and use technical knowledge to address a variety of technical problems.
- Use company’s schematics, block diagrams and manuals to diagnose the fault and recommend relevant spare parts to be changed.
- Work closely with senior engineers as a start but will require to be independent after training
- Upon completion of the service job, write a service report for submission to the ship management or ship owners.
- Provide service and commissioning support for marine communication and navigational equipment locally and oversea.
- Provide advisory and coordinate work carried out by shipyards or contractor.
- Taking ownership and responsibility on assigned projects or service jobs, ensuring their adherence toward company standards.

**Requirements**:

- Min ITE certificate in electrical/electronic engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in trouble shooting of Marine Navigation and Communication Equipment.
- Experience in Radar and Ecdis system will be advantage.
- Able to communicate and write fluent English
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Require to work overtime and travel overseas within short notice
- Team player.
