**Location**: TTSH Hospital
Job Responsibilities
- Provide IT technical onsite support for end user services problem
- Assist Desktop Team Lead to Project Manager & perform various Desktop Related Projects including but not limited to PC Refresh, In-Place Upgrade, Security Patching.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for OS related service problems as part of problem management
- Support Windows OS, office software, and other Desktop Related Software & Hardware.
- Must possess the proven ability to install and configure new IT equipment
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of IT support experience
- Ability to perform the daily Support operations with minimum supervision
- Possess technical skills in supporting existing and new computing devices such as desktops, notebooks and mobile devices
- Ability to quickly learn the customer's asset management process based on SOP & on-job training is required to be successful in this role.
