**About This Role**

The **CEO's Office Associate **will report to the Chief of Staff to CEO. This is a key role responsible for providing efficient assistance to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the executive team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality. The CEO's Office Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office and contributes to the overall success of the organization.

As a **CEO Office Associate**, your key objectives will be to:

- Support in strategic projects that contribute towards various "North Star" metrics (e.g. revenue/adoption/transactions)
- Act as a proxy to the Chief of Staff to CEO and effectively navigate through a matrix organization
- Communication and Correspondence: Handle correspondence, draft/edit documents, and ensure effective communication on behalf of the CEO to various stakeholders
- Facilitates and prepares company's investor-related communications
- Facilitate company's planning and operations by running workshops and cascading key information through the organisation
- Liaison with external stakeholders on strategic project partnerships
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making.

**Job Requirements**

We are looking for passionate individuals who:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of working experience, preferably in a management consulting, startup to tech environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels
- Open-minded, adaptable and strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Bias for action and passionate about rolling up sleeves and doing what it takes to get things done
