The CEO's Office Associate will report to the Chief of Staff to CEO. This is a key role responsible for providing efficient assistance to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the executive team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality. The CEO's Office Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office and contributes to the overall success of the organization.
**_ What will you do?_**
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the CEO, including meeting preparation and work priortisation.
- Communication and Correspondence: Handle correspondence, draft/edit documents, and ensure effective communication on behalf of the CEO.
- Information Management: Organize and maintain confidential files, manage contacts, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events for the CEO and executive team, handling logistics and resources.
- Relationship Management: Build positive relationships with stakeholders, serve as a liaison, and handle inquiries and requests.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making.
**_What are we looking for?_**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in a startup to tech environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.
