
Regional Key Account Manager E-com

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager E-Com who is responsible for delivering annual sales target for total Trek 2000. Online sales planning, execution & partnership across all e-platforms(Qoo10, RedMart, Lazada, Amazon, Shopee eg.) Develop new e-com platforms
**Responsibilities**:
- Running the analysis to understand the impact category decisions on the sales and profits and refining the strategy
- Advising Key Account Management team on top tier merchant performance and competitiveness
- Supports the Direct Sales Team and the Regional E-Commerce Team in identifying (strategic) sales and marketing opportunities, contributes to channel strategy development
- Measurement and reporting of performance for all digital marketing activities, eCommerce campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Drive performance and tactics to meet program KPIs, i.e. sales revenues
- Responsible for formulating annual sales plan, budget and forecast for assigned channels and developing an action plan to achieve business objectives.
- Generate insights and redefine strategy based on sales analysis, the effectiveness of promotional activities and market intelligence.
- Regular reviewing and improvement of policies and processes and develop a strategic plan
- Prepare regular management reporting
- Exposure in ASEAN/INDIA and emerging markets is an advantage
**Qualifications**
- Degree / Diploma holder with relevant working experience (1-2 years) with international sales experience, FMCG background (B2B/B2C), and Digital Marketing experience will be an advantage.
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Passionate for multiple simultaneous projects, creative flow, and high attention to detail
- Self-driven with openness to learn and grow, desiring to be the best version of yourself
- Proficiency in English is required; any second language proficiency is highly preferred but not required.
- About 30~50% of travel required.
