Job Descriptions:

- Overall responsibility of all Company Digital B2C global sales on Company E-Com Platform and Marketplaces
- Overall responsibility for look and functionality of E-Com Platform with external web designers
- Overall responsibility for all E-Com marketing decisions
- Work closely with Product design, Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations and Finance
- Manage the execution of key account & specialist E-com’s day-to-day operations
- Ensure timely fulfilment of key account & specialist E-com orders by working closely with customer service, logistics and supply chain team.
- Oversee our E-com business including product selection, prices and sales to ensure sales growth.
- Develop & implement long and short term business plan that is driven by the business sales forecast with the usage of historical data
- Constantly review & evaluate the sales performance.
- Ensure timely payment from key account & specialist E-com partners.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience in ecommerce preferably in sales of Athletic or fashion apparel and footwear
- Have working knowledge & experience of various local & international e-commerce platforms/systems such as Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, etc. is an advantage.
- Outstanding business analytics skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and interest in driving business improvements.
- Ability to work closely with various stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated, passionate, aggressive, meticulous and results-oriented
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Apparel/Footwear industry an advantage.
- Proficient in artwork design is a plus
