**Roles & Responsibilities**

The incumbent is responsible for securing ecommerce sales opportunity and negotiate with 3rd party platforms and brand-owned ecommerce site. He/she will drive quality traffic via digital contents to achieve revenue and growth targets through on & off-site marketing strategy execution. He/she will implement and utilize analytics to track traffic & market trends to identify opportunities for additional growth & improvement.

**A. Business Planning & Management**
- Work with brand team to deliver strong ecommerce growth and best-in-class experience
- Provide support and strategic direction for ecommerce demand generation, digital marketing and business optimization
- Take ownership in evolution of our stores to drive conversion: UX/UI, shop design, product content creation, features adoption, CRM activities, etc
- Take a hands-on approach in the planning, development, launch, and analysis of monthly ecommerce activities - with special focus on “Mega-Campaigns” (Lazada Birthday, 11.11, 12.12, SBD, etc): concept, promo mechanics, pitch, creative design, sourcing of gifts, etc
- Coordinate multiple platform and agency relationships

**B. Business Intelligence**
- Identify market opportunities to grow online revenue generating channels
- Conduct competitive and market analysis
- Qualification and Experience_
- Bachelor degree in Business/Marketing or other related field
- At least 2 years of experience in ecommerce management
- Experience/strong understanding of beauty industry would be ideal
- Strong negotiation power for promotion package with ecommerce platforms
- Strong data analysis and performance marketing capability
- Skill Sets_
- Search Engine Advertising and Search Engine Optimization
- Performance marketing experience
- Project management skills
- Strategize ecommerce acceleration
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- Possess strong negotiation power
