You will be part of a team that uses advanced quantitative methods, alternative data, and technology to generate superior investment performance.

**What will you do as an Executive Assistant?**
This role will provide administrative assistance to the Director of IIG and support the IIG Director’s Office. To succeed in this role, you must have previous experience supporting executives and teams from the financial services industry. You should demonstrate a high degree of integrity, initiative, attention to details and independence in working on highly confidential matters.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for maintaining calendars including scheduling and managing meetings, coordinating across different departments and external parties
- Coordinate conferences, seminars, workshops for teams and support the logistics (e.g., venue setup and catering)
- Handle and resolve ad hoc office management queries as well as liaise with the IT help desk where needed
- New hire assimilation, request IT for laptops, access cards, login credentials and lockers assignment
- Managing team’s mailbox to follow up and respond to enquiries promptly
- Filing of invoices, staff welfare expenses and claims

**What Qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?**
- Able to exercise good judgment in handling various issues on priority basis and meet tight deadlines
- Great interpersonal skills, ability to write efficiently and collaborate internally or externally with cross functional teams
- Self-driven and takes excellent ownership on self-deliverance
- Ability to prioritize tasks and cope with fast moving work environment
- Proactive and strong administrator and organizer, with excellent attention to detail
- At least 5 years’ experience in administrative support to management and teams
- Proficient in Microsoft office; Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, and Outlook
