**Investment Insights Group (IIG)**

The Investment Insights Group (IIG) uses advanced quantitative techniques and cutting-edge technological tools to generate impactful insights that drive superior investment outcomes for GIC. We are a team of high performing Data Scientists, Software Developers, and asset-specific Strats that work closely with each of our investment departments - from Public Markets like Equities and Fixed Income, to Private Markets like Private Equity and Real Estate - to drive high-impact innovations to enhance cross-asset investment capability, business agility and efficiency.

**The Advisor will be responsible for**:

- Working closely with our quantitative research analysts to help them
- Develop deeper markets knowledge in their respective domains
- Translate inbound requests from investment teams into more sharply defined research projects
- Conduct more targeted, impactful research that will be of direct relevance to investment teams
- Articulate their insights in a way that investment professionals can use
- Generate new ideas for how IIG can address investment team needs and challenges
- Shaping a culture of continuous learning and collaboration across IIG teams
- Also, working with our sell-side research partners to keep abreast of trends and collaborate on joint research and learning initiatives

**Qualifications**
- Multi-decade experience in single-name fundamental research at a top-tier financial institution
- Demonstrated track record of high-quality research, including rankings in institutional investor polls
- Experience in and passion for mentoring, coaching and apprenticeship
- Strong sense of humility, servant leadership and teamwork
- Progressive use of new analytic research methods
