**Roles & Responsibilities**

Roles & Responsibilities
- End-to-end trading platform support for end users and clients on Derivatives (Futures, Options) and FX.
- Perform technical onboarding for DMA (Direct Market Access) clients
- Testing and implementation of all new client’s electronic execution connectivity for Derivatives and FX
- Assist Business with client enquiries regarding the systems and system integration
- Participate in projects which include new systems (end-to-end) on-boarding, trading platforms, market data, etc
- Improve/implement new Exchange gateways on existing and new trading systems (CQG, TT, STELLAR etc)
- Improve/implement CFD and FX trading systems (MT5 / Flextrade etc)
- Trade data, audit trail file management
- Vendor management across all trading platform
- General incident and outage management
- Market data support, reporting and entitlements

**Requirements**:

- Good working experience in Derivatives and FX Market Access and Connectivity
- Possess good working knowledge of Electronic Trading systems (CQG, TT, STELLAR) is an advantage
- Good understanding of FIX protocol and customized connectivity solutions (bridges etc)
- Understanding of Algorithmic Trading and DMA flows
- Ability to prioritize and work within tight timelines
- Willing to work on public holiday and beyond normal working hour
- Willing to work on rotational shift system
