Support the business unit in coordinating activities across different regions. Manage communication and activity tracking, prepare progress reports, and assist in senior leadership communication to support the Regional Director.

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (9.00am to 6.00pm)

- Support the business unit in coordinating activities across different regions.
- Manage communication and activity tracking, prepare progress reports, and assist in senior leadership communication to support the Regional Director.
- Conduct assessments for specific product areas under the guidance of the Manager.
- Complete assigned tasks promptly and assist the Manager with administrative duties as needed. Provide support for complex market access programs and track follow-ups.
- Utilize statistical analysis to inform policy development and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to customize data solutions to meet their unique business needs.
- Assist in monitoring and updating market access environment and policy changes for internal stakeholders. Conduct research and implement data analytics and machine learning models to address various business challenges.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Degree in Business Administration, Masters in Health Policy/Health/Health Economics or relevant disciplines**:

- **Good project management and organizational skills**:

- **Ability work across different APAC cultures and the Global team, flexibility to work across multiple time zones**:

- **Previous market access / medical devices experience is preferred**:

- **Good interpersonal and communication skills**

**Salary : S$4,500.00 - S$6,000.00
