Then the Bianka Panova Sport and Art Academy may be the right place to work for you Bianka Panova Sport and Art Academy is a unique and fast-growing training center in Singapore that provides the up and coming athletes with the highest levels of Rhythmic Gymnastics (RG) training as well as support for the mental and emotional development of our student athletes to become successful and confident individuals. Our Head Coach, Ms Bianka Panova, is a 9-time World Champion in RG and one of the most experienced and respected gymnastics coaches worldwide.
The HR Executive plays a vital role in supporting the organisation through developing and implementing human resources strategies and programmes that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture and are aligned with the academy’s goals. The HR is responsible for supporting various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, learning and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling. Some key responsibilities, although not exhaustive, include:
**Responsibilities**:
- Effectively balance the needs of the company (understand the business and what drives success at the organisation) with the needs of the employees and create a win-win situation.
- Prepare and maintain all documentation related to employment, including those associated with hiring, termination, transfers, and promotions.
- Develop and Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual appraisal and 360° evaluations)
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development plans for all employees
- Discuss and address employee relations issues or any other concerns or grievances
- Manage compensation and benefits packages and referral bonus programs
- Design and maintain human resources policies, procedures, standards, and regulations in alignment with the Singaporean labour laws
Responsible for weekly team meetings and organise annual team bonding events
- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships and promote a positive, productive and cooperative working environment
- Work closely with the management to strategically plan HR initiatives
- Maintain data integrity of all employment related information
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience (3-5 years) as an HR Eecutive or similar role
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management (or a relevant field of study)
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and conflict-management skills
- Energetic with a can-do attitude
- Adaptable, and wIlling to work in a fast paced global environment
Good knowledge of Singapore labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, and benefits). A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently
- IT savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Working hours: Monday - Friday 10am
- 7pm (Flexible Work Arrangements available upon request) Location: Bukit Merah Central
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
