**About the job**

**Responsibilities**
- 1st/2nd level technical support in the Southeast Asia distributors and local market (Singapore).
- Support local (Singapore market)
- Conducting Training within SEBIA office or oversea for subsidiaries and business partners’ technical support team.
- Preparation/update of training materials and technical documents for assigned products.
- Guiding and mentoring new engineers.
- Be the key contact person for products of responsibility between SEBIA, it headquarters in France on technical matters.
- Creating actions/ideas for continuous improvement of business partners’ support team competencies.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree or equivalent in Biomedical / Mechatronic / Electronics Engineering.
- 2- 5 years working experience preferably in medical devices or IVD market
- Have field service support experience locally and overseas
- Microsoft office, customer focused
- Competence in interactive communication, problem solving, and decision making are required with the ability to successfully handle customer issues & demonstrate the ability to develop & verbally describe in a logical manner.
- Maintains at all times the highest standards of professional and personal conduct when interacting with internal and external customers.
- Good and fluent in both written and oral communication skills in English, including presentation experience to large and diverse audiences.
- Travel requirement: 20% or less.
- Customer focused.
