**Excellent Copywriting Skills**:You must possess exceptional writing skills with a flair for creativity. Crafting compelling and concise copy for social media posts, video scripts, and ad campaigns is a fundamental aspect of this role.
- **Social Media Savvy**:Familiarity with various social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, is essential. You should understand the nuances of each platform and know how to tailor content for maximum impact.
- **Basic Video Editing Knowledge**:While not mandatory, having some knowledge of video editing tools and techniques will be beneficial. You'll work closely with our video editing team, so being comfortable with basic editing processes is a plus.
- **Creativity and Innovation**:We're looking for someone who thinks outside the box and isn't afraid to push boundaries. Creativity and innovative ideas will be the driving force behind our engaging social media content.
- **Content Creation**:As our marketing intern, your primary responsibility will be creating compelling and shareable content for our social media channels (IG, LinkedIn, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu). This includes writing engaging captions, blog posts, and short video scripts.
- **Social Media Management**:Assist in managing our social media presence by scheduling and publishing posts on the respective platforms. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and monitor engagement to optimize our content strategy.
- **TikTok Content Creation**:TikTok is a rapidly growing platform with immense potential for reaching our target audience. You'll be tasked with conceptualizing, shooting, and editing short and engaging TikTok videos.
- **Collaborate with Design and Video Editing Teams**:Work closely with our design and video editing teams to bring your content ideas to life. Provide clear instructions and feedback to ensure the content aligns with our brand vision.
- **Analyzing Performance**:Monitor the performance of our content and campaigns, analyzing metrics to identify areas for improvement. Use insights to optimize future content and drive higher engagement.
- **Brainstorming and Ideation**:Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh and innovative ideas to shape our marketing campaigns and social media presence.
