**Responsibilities**:
Welcome and engage customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Provide detailed explanations of car features, specifications, and performance capabilities.
- Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle functionality and address customer inquiries.
- Build rapport with customers to establish trust and understand their buying criteria.
- Present financing and payment options tailored to individual customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing, discounts, and trade-in values to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Handle objections and concerns effectively to close sales and achieve sales targets.
- Follow up with potential customers to encourage decision-making and finalize transactions.
- Maintain a proactive approach to meet or exceed sales quotas set by management.
- Ensure accurate completion of all sales-related paperwork and documentation.
- Input customer information into the CRM system and maintain updated records.
- Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate smooth transaction processing.
- Adhere to dealership policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay abreast of the latest automotive trends, models, and technological advancements.
- Attend training sessions and product workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Educate customers on the unique features, benefits, and differences between various vehicle models.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service to foster positive relationships and referrals. Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with automotive financing options and basic understanding of sales processes.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Valid Class 3 driver's license and clean driving record. Minimum education requirement: GCE 'O' Level or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are advantageous.
