**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute material planning strategies to support production schedules and meet customer demand.
- Collaborate with production and demand planning teams to create accurate material forecasts and align them with business objectives.
- Identify and address potential material shortages or overages, working to optimize inventory levels while minimizing excess.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance.
- Oversee the procurement process, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier invoice management.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials to support production schedules and minimize production disruptions.
- Monitor and control material costs to achieve cost reduction targets and improve profitability.
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and implement mitigation plans to minimize their impact on production and operations.
- Develop contingency plans for critical materials and suppliers to address unforeseen disruptions.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure the timely introduction of new materials and components into production.
- Work with logistics and transportation teams to optimize material logistics and inbound transportation.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in materials management, procurement, or supply chain in a semiconductor or related high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems, inventory management, and supplier management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop data
- driven solutions.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to materials management.
