This position reports to the managing director of PEE-KA-POO (SG) PTE. LTD.The trainee responsibilities includes, overseeing operational systems, processes, manages day to day business of the operations, addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction, developing and implementing operational procedures and policies, find ways to increase quality of customer service, also oversee finance management.

Individual to be involved in:
1. Oversee all daily operational activities
2. Developing strategic direction for the Company and to formulate operational plans and operational improvement
3. Ability to respond, make right decisions and resolve diverse problems.
4. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and all other regulations.
5. To build and foster good relations with stakeholders and also with new and existing customers
6. Any ad-hoc duties assigned

**Skills and Competencies**

1. Knowledge of operations management
2. Proactive to make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
3. Communicate effectively with customers and maintain cordial relationship.
4. Knowledge of finance management
