Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage all products, including setting up new product listings, product descriptions, technical features, product imagery, pricing, options and optimizing product detail pages for maximum conversion.
- Manage & optimize our Amazon storefront page to drive sales and conversion.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment. Communicate with the warehouse to ensure all orders are fulfilled and shipped accurately and in a timely manner, while complying with FBA vendor requirements.
- Maintain & monitor product reviews and customer feedback to ensure a high Seller Rating, Customer Feedback Scores, and Account Health, and to provide a continuous feedback loop to product development team.
- Resolve product pages challenges by opening support cases, and work with legal team to monitor product catalog for counterfeits and resellers.
- Build and maintain reporting for Amazon business, including sales, returns, fees, and related items.
- Stay up to date with current trends and competitor analysis.
- Analyze new testing opportunities for the site modules.
- Organizing and managing our Amazon accounts and making strategic plans to drive significant growth
- Knowledge of product branding

Requirement:

- 2-4+years’ Amazon in-house for a consumer brand company or agency
- MUST have an extremely deep understanding of Amazon marketplace
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Extensive Amazon Seller Central experience
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines, make timely decisions, anticipate problems and adjust as landscapes shift
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while shifting priorities
- Forward-thinking, resourceful, and intellectually curious with the ability to work across different departments
- Strong sense of ownership and drive, coupled with a passion for technology and innovation
- Team-oriented, collaborative worker while still being able to work independently
- Comfortable with solving for both business and customer challenges
- Familiarity with business issues, ability to quickly learn, and ability to be comfortable with ambiguity, unsolved problems, and uncertainty
